Proper maintenance

All jewelry are made of brass/alpaca metal, 24K gold or 925 silver plated.

In order to preserve the jewelry, it is recommended not to bring it into contact with water, perfumes, cleaning products.

Should be kept in an open and dry place and not in boxes or in a place with moisture.

Sensitivity to metals

If you suffer from sensitivity to metals, it is recommended to consult us by email before placing an order.

 

Warranty

All jewelry comes with a three-month warranty on the plating only, from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not include losses, breaks, scratches, tears, etc.

The receipt must be kept for presentation in the correction request.

The jewelry that needs repair can be sent to our studio at IIrosim 43 Modiin-Maccabim-Reut,

For registered mail address only.

Attach to the envelope the receipt and a note with contact information & the request to repair the jewelry.
Repair time is about 14 business days.

Replacement

You can exchange an item in its original packaging + receipt, within 14 business days from the moment of purchase.

We will be happy to offer you another item of the same value as the purchased item instead.

* The jewelry must be in the original condition in which it was purchased without any defects,

  with receipt only.

* In case of returning an item, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

  The same goes for all insurance premiums and/or taxes.

* If the returned product was purchased via PayPal,

  please allow two weeks for your account to be charged.

* Exchange will not be made for a customized product.

* In countries where there are VAT and customs costs, they are the customer's responsibility.
